Loving The Real You; Part 2

Yesterday's post, I discussed the importance of loving the real you. Some of you may say huh? What do you mean loving the real me? I love myself already, what are you talking about? Well, ladies and gents, I'm talking about the inner you, the who you really are underneath all of the conditioning we've amounted throughout our years here.

Since birth we all have gone through traumatic experiences, the way your parents or guardians raised you, and, all of that has shaped how we think and learn today. Some may have gone through a lot of negative conditioning in their upbringing and, may have mental illness as a result of that, and some have repressed their feelings so much, they are numb and just flow with life without even realizing.

Now I say take all of that away and, there you will seek the real you. The person you know you are supposed to be. The person who knows his or her mission in life, the one who turns people's pain into power. I know some of you may look at this and say how is this even possible, or this chick doesn't know what she's writing, but oh I sure do. I'm here to show you how it can be done and why it must be done.

Right now I am going through a period of transformation, finding who I really am, and bringing my mission into life. The first step was of course to start a blog. I know blogs are basically the autobiography of your everyday life, but I wanted to get my messages across to people and, help whoever would take the time to read my writings. I not only do it for you but for myself.

All of my writings thus far, I go back and read, especially when I'm feeling unmotivated or down in the dumps. I read my writings for inspiration, I guess you can say I'm my own guru, sometimes lol. But it just goes to show that I am slowly allowing the real Kseniya to shine and to go forward and help the world.

Now let me dive right into the HOW you can bring forward the person you always wanted to be from hiding!

  • Giving back to others- Do you like to take care of animals? Volunteering at a homeless shelter? Whatever passion is brewing inside of you whether it's helping your community, volunteering at places, etc. When you find a passion for giving back to others even if it's in small quantities, you are becoming selfless. The universe always rewards a selfless soul.

  • Developing Healthy Habits- Whether it's eating clean, going vegan, taking on gym classes, anything that is healthy for you mentally, emotionally, and spiritually will help you find the real you. Forming healthy habits will help you in the long run and not to mention, when it starts with you, it can be passed down from generation to generation.

  • Breaking Unhealthy Family Patterns-  We all have family issues, whether it's alcoholism that runs in your family, toxicity, abuse, you have the power to break that cycle! You can be the leader and chose to end your family's negative patterns today! Remember our kids learn our habits through imitation, so we need to be the examples for our kids and generations to come.

  • Seek Help- The only we can stop ourselves from allowing our conditioning from our past to take over is stopping them once and for all. When we seek help whether it's through therapy, finding a religion that you are comfortable with, reading motivational, self-help materials, even going into the woods for 4 months isolated from society. Whatever you think will help you overcome your conditioning, please do so! We were all made to become free from the mental chains we put on ourselves and to claim who we truly are!
It is so crucial to follow these steps or, if you have figured out already how you can truly become the person you were always meant to be, please do it! You are not only saving yourself but allowing others to be comfortable to break free from their mental setbacks as well.

We were put on this earth not to suffer, or to fake that our lives are great and we are happy, but to truly be happy and selfless. Loving yourself takes time and hard work, but you are the only one who can do it. You have the power within you to rise above anything. You have been doing it your whole life! Every setback that has been put in your life was meant for you to overcome with a fresh perspective. We think we need to suffer but in reality, we make ourselves suffer by not becoming who we truly are.

This is not easy but through hard work, self-discipline, you will break away from your cocoon and become a beautiful radiant butterfly. We all have the power to become free and to help others on their journey.
